2015-2016 SMP Reimbursement Rates

These rates are effective from July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016.

  • Pricing Programs Without Free Option - All Milk $0.20
  • Pricing Programs With Free Option - Paid Milk $0.20
  • Pricing Programs With Free Option- Free Milk = Average Cost per Half-pint of Milk
  • Nonpricing Programs - All Milk $0.20

Note: Reimbursement cannot exceed the cost of the milk.

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
