Summer Mandate Updates

The Texas Summer Mandate intentions were to be completed by all mandated CEs by January 31. If partnering with another SFA, signed agreements are due to SNPWaivers@TexasAgriculture.gov by April 1. CEs requesting to participate in SSO or SFSP must submit the application by May 31. For technical assistance contact the regional ESC.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
