Customized TEFAP Flyers – TDA has created customized flyers for each food bank featuring their logos and contact information. These flyers can be printed and distributed or added to websites to encourage TEFAP participation. Large file sizes required grouping the flyers in four different zip files. Find your food bank’s acronym and download that set of PDF flyers.

Customized TEFAP FAQs – Each TEFAP food bank has customized FAQ flyers featuring the food bank’s logo, contact information, and a QR code with details about participating TEFAP. These flyers can be printed and distributed or added to websites to inform the food bank’s partners and stakeholders about TEFAP. Large file sizes required grouping the flyers in four different zip files. Find your food bank’s acronym and download that set of PDF flyers.

Website Banners: Customize your webpage or your community partner's webpage by downloading your food bank's customized banner. We recommend that all food banks create a TEFAP page on their websites. This banner can be placed on the TEFAP webpage. Additionally, these banners can be used across social media platforms.

Evergreen Marketing Toolkit: This evergreen, digital Communication and Marketing Toolkit is available to all statewide food banks and partnering sites to use, to gain further insight on how to effectively market TEFAP within their communities.

Logo and Brand Guidelines: The TEFAP logo (PNG and JPEG) should be utilized on any resource created under the TEFAP Reach and Resiliency Grant funds. There is a horizontal and vertical logo variation provided. Each logo also comes in black or white text. An excerpt from the F&N Style Guide is provided to ensure proper brand guidelines are followed. If you have questions about proper usage or need to confirm resolution, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

TEFAP 1.0 Program Poster: Leftover Program Poster from TEFAP's Reach & Resiliency 1.0 Grant. Display posters (11” x 17”) at local businesses and organizations so participants will know about the program and how contact their nearest food bank. Suggested locations include libraries, churches, hospital lobbies, doctors' offices, post offices, housing authorities, social service agencies, coffee shops, gas stations, Salvation Army and Goodwill locations. TEFAP 1.0 Parent Card with Bookmark Attached: TEFAP 1.0 Parent Card with Bookmark Attached: Leftover Parent Cards from TEFAP's Reach & Resiliency 1.0 Grant. Distribute these cards to let parents and other participants know about the program. The cards can also be used by local shop owners as take-a-ways on counters and near cash registers, including at libraries since there is a bookmark attached. TEFAP 1.0 Know Before You Go One Pager: Leftover resource from TEFAP's Reach & Resiliency 1.0 Grant. This resource (8.5” x 11") was developed with the help of Food Banks who responded to survey questions about their processes. Commonalities among those surveys were recognized and this resource was created. This resource is to help alleviate participant fears and set expectations for food receival. PY24 TEFAP USDA Foods Availability List
Annually USDA updates its Foods Availability List (FAL) for the new program year. Participating Food Banks can utilize this document to help strategize and plan their ordering processes for the new program year.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
