CSFP Highlights
- TDA manages all ordering truckloads for this program, but you can track anticipated arrivals by running a WBSCM Requisition Status Report.
- TDA will continue to give guidance on box builds and inventory management to maintain steady issuance.
TEFAP Highlights
- CY27 Estimated Entitlement has been updated in WBSCM to allow for ordering seasonal fruits and vegetables in the March ordering round.
- TEFAP ordering due date is the Close of Business, March 11, 2026.
- Generate the WBSCM Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report periodically to track your Entitlement Balance and commit to available catalog materials.
CSFP & TEFAP – Shared Reporting Reminder
- Generate the WBSCM Requisition Status Report to update your records.
- Focus on Sales Order Status and Material Quantities.
- Use search dates for CY 2026: 01/01/2026 through 12/31/2026.
- To monitor CY 2027 data, select 01/01/2027 through 12/31/2027.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
