CSFP Highlights
- TDA manages all truckload ordering for this program, but you can track anticipated arrivals by generating a WBSCM Requisition Status Report.
No cancellations to date.
TEFAP Highlights
- Generate a WBSCM Requisition Status Report to review truckload status and delivery dates for the recent bonus submitted in May, and to determine whether your food bank is affected by truckload delays, cancellations due to pricing issues or capacity constraints, or additional “turn-backs” declined by other states.
- Generate a WBSCM Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report periodically to track your entitlement balance and commit to available catalog materials.
- Ready-to-Eat Cereals WBSCM catalogs are open for deliveries from October through December 2026.
- The next TEFAP entitlement ordering due date is Close of Business, June 10, 2026. This will be the final opportunity to commit available PY26 entitlement.
CSFP & TEFAP – Shared Reporting Reminder
- Generate the WBSCM Requisition Status Report to update your records.
- Focus on Sales Order Status and Material Quantities.
Use the following search dates:
- For CY 2026: 01/01/2026 through 12/31/2026
- For monitoring CY 2027 data: 01/01/2027 through 12/31/2027

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
