November 1, 2020 - When entering meal service times, the system will respond with an Error Message if two meals occur within the same date range, on the same day of the week and overlap in meal service times.
As there is not a method to convey a specific meal served on a specific day, there may be occasion where an Error Message will result for a non-overlapping meal even though the meal appears to meet all the overlap conditions. In these cases, please contact TDA via SFSP.Bops@texasagriculture.gov to provide an explanation of how the meals do not overlap. TDA will review the explanation to determine if conditions are met to over-ride the Error Message. Once the Error Message is over-ridden, the site application may be Submitted for Approval.
