"
Users with existing eAuth accounts will be required to transition to Login.gov to access WBSCM in coming months. Login.gov will provide added security benefits to protect your personal information.

Transition Timeline:
Beginning March 25, 2024
• Users will receive a pop-up message whenever they login encouraging them to transition to a Login.gov account and link to their eAuth account.
• Users will have option during login to either Link with Login.gov at that time or “Not Now” option to continue using their current eAuth User ID and password.

By the end of September 2024
• WBSCM will be fully transitioned to Login.gov. Users will not be able to access WBSCM using their current eAuth credentials.
• Users must have a Login.gov account to access WBSCM.

Users can create Login.gov account in 4 easy steps:
On the Customer Login, click the Login.gov option, you will be directed to the Login.gov website to create a new account-
1. On Login.gov, select the Create Account option and enter the email address associated with WBSCM account.
2. Create a secure password for the account.
3. Add a required multi-factor authentication option like authentication application, SMS Phone/text to the account.
4. You'll be returned to eAuth to link the Login.gov account with eAuth, and you're ready to access USDA sites.
Once an existing eAuth account is linked with Login.gov, the Login.gov account must be used for all future access to USDA websites. If you attempt to log in with the eAuth account after it is linked, you will be informed you must use Login.gov for access.
