" SFAs who wish to continue participation in CEP or wish to begin participation in CEP for SY 25-26 must submit an application in TX-UNPS. The due date to elect CEP for 2025-26 Program Year (PY) is JUNE 30, 2025.

The due date to elect CEP for 2025-26 Program Year (PY) is JUNE 30, 2025. The only way to elect CEP is to submit the application packet in TX-UNPS on or before June 30, 2025.
Community Eligibility Provision (CEP): Continuing Participation processing order
School Food Authorities (SFAs) that are continuing to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) must complete the CEP process within TX-UNPS in a specific order to ensure the system reflects participation.
TX-UNPS Application packet PY 2025-2026 (Each step must be fully completed before moving on to the next)
• Step 1:
Contracting Entity Application: Ensure question A28 still reflects participation in CEP. Select Save and Finish to complete step.
• Step 2:
Site Application(s): Ensure pricing information under section 11 reflects Non-Pricing – CEP. Select Save and Finish for each applicable site application before proceeding to the next step.
• Step 3:
Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Schedule: Select “Add” under the Action column to add the schedule.
Note: if a system warning appears within the schedule, it may be cleared by selecting to “Save” the schedule and then select “Modify” to update the schedule.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
