CSFP Highlights
- TDA manages all ordering truckloads for this program, but you can track anticipated arrivals by generating a WBSCM Requisition Status Report.
- No Cancellations to-date.
- All “Beans” & “Lentils” are delayed through August 2026 due to contracted related challenges to fulfill scheduled deliveries.
- TDA will continue to give guidance on box builds and inventory management to maintain steady issuance.
TEFAP Highlights
- Generate a WBSCM Requisition Status Report and review the truckload status and delivery dates for the recent bonus submitted in May and to view if your food bank is impacted with truckload delays, cancellations due to pricing issues and capacity constraints, or additional “turn-backs” declined by other States.
- TDA is working with USDA-SWRO to track delayed truckloads as far back as January 2026 of Pollock, Oranges, Almonds, Grape Juice, Milk, Pistachios, Vegetable Soup and Raisins.
- All “Beans” & “Lentils” are delayed through August 2026 due to contracted related challenges to fulfill scheduled deliveries.
- Generate a WBSCM Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report periodically to track your Entitlement Balance and commit to available catalog materials.
CSFP & TEFAP – Shared Reporting Reminder
- Generate the WBSCM Requisition Status Report to update your records.
- Focus on Sales Order Status and Material Quantities.
- Use search dates for CY 2026: 01/01/2026 through 12/31/2026.
- To monitor CY 2027 data: 01/01/2027 through 12/31/2027.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
